Job summary

Hitachi Energy Canada is seeking a Parts Operations Manager to oversee the Canadian Spare Parts organization, ensuring operational and financial performance aligned with North America strategy. You will drive customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, backlog management, and revenue realization across cross-functional teams including Sales, Service Ops, Supply Chain, and Finance.

You will lead a Canada-based Parts Operations team, implement standards, and spearhead digital transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• Five to seven years of experience in Spare Parts Management, Aftermarket Services, Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, Customer Fulfillment, or Operations Management.
• Minimum three years of leadership experience managing and developing teams.
• Solid SAP knowledge, including MRP, Service Orders, Sales Orders, MTO, Inventory Management, Material Master Data, and related business processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and financial performance of the Canadian Spare Parts organization.
• Coordinate material planning, order execution, and delivery activities.
• Lead the Parts Operations team with clear performance expectations and development plans.
• Ensure customer on-time delivery, backlog execution, and revenue realization.
• Implement North America Spare Parts standards and continuous improvement programs.
