Job summary

Qualifications

• Work authorization to work in Canada.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5–7 years in Spare Parts Management, Aftermarket Services, Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, Customer Fulfillment, or Operations Management.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
• Solid SAP knowledge including MRP, Service Orders, Sales Orders, MTO, Inventory Master Data, and related processes.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% within Canada and North America.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Canadian Parts Operations organization, including operational performance, financial results, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and profitable growth.
• Execute the North America Parts strategy and represent Canada in operational reviews, strategic initiatives, performance management, and business transformation activities.
• Coordinate material planning, order execution, and delivery activities supporting projects, outages, modernization programs, and emergency response requirements.
• Manage and develop the Parts Operations team through clear performance expectations, development plans, succession strategies, and effective resource allocation.
• Oversee customer on-time delivery, backlog execution, revenue conversion, demand forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment, and material availability.
• Implement North America Spare Parts standards, operating procedures, governance models, performance metrics, and continuous improvement programs across Canada.
• Support digital transformation, process automation, reporting, and process harmonization across multiple business units.
• Use SAP, dashboards, performance metrics, and operational data to improve visibility, forecasting, planning, risk mitigation, and performance improvement.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
