Job summary

Academy of Art University in San Francisco seeks a part-time Campus Host to welcome visitors and support students, faculty and staff. You will be the first point of contact, assisting with directions and basic inquiries while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

Shifts are Friday to Sunday, 7am to 3:30pm. Requirements include one year of customer service, a friendly professional demeanor, and basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors entering Academy buildings and verify identification or issue visitor passes as needed.
• Provide directions regarding room locations.
• Record concerns and escalate to Campus Safety as needed.
