Job summary

Tiffin University is seeking a Manager of Admissions Visits and Experiences to lead engaging campus visits and admissions events that help prospective students and families discover the university.

Plan and deliver campus tours, open houses, information sessions, and special programs; supervise student ambassadors and tour guides; coordinate event logistics and collaborate with admissions, academic, and campus partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, communications, marketing, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Experience coordinating events, campus visits, or student recruitment activities.
• Strong public speaking, customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and motivate student staff and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools and willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage campus tours, open houses, information sessions, and special admissions events.
• Coordinate event schedules, facilities, materials, vendors, and visitor communications.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise student ambassadors and tour guides.
• Collaborate with admissions staff, academic departments, and campus partners to deliver consistent experiences.
• Track attendance, visitor feedback, and event outcomes; prepare reports and recommend improvements.
• Ensure visits are welcoming, accessible, inclusive, and aligned with enrollment goals.
