Qualifications

• Attention to detail and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and develop student tour guides.
• Coordinate tour guide schedules and coverage for visits and events.
• Provide coaching to improve communication, leadership, and hospitality skills.
• Set expectations for tour quality, service, and representation of the university.
• Equip guides with current information about programs and student life.
• Lead planning and execution of Preview Days and recruitment events.
• Schedule visits, meetings, and special visit activities.
• Communicate with prospective students and families to personalize experiences.
• Manage visit registration, confirmations, itineraries, and day-of logistics.
• Gather visitor feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
