Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year relevant experience required.
• Two years of relevant experience preferred.
• Valid US Driver License with a clean driving record of at least two years.
• Must be able to travel outside the state of Texas.
• Applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day logistics and appearance of guest-facing spaces within the Welcome Center and high-traffic visitor areas.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance of student tour guides to ensure a welcoming experience for prospective students and families.
• Coordinate shuttle carts and ensure tour readiness for campus visits.
• Lead onboarding, training, and certification processes for new tour guides and maintain ongoing training.
• Support planning and execution of recruitment events such as Baylor Scholars Days and Baylor Bound Days.
