Responsibilities

• Coordinate all student employment processes for campus tour guides, including recruitment, onboarding, and separation.
• Serve as liaison with the Student Employment Office regarding employment procedures and compliance.
• Process and track employment documentation and onboarding requirements.
• Maintain accurate student employee records and files.
• Monitor compliance with employment regulations affecting student workers.
• Review timecards and payroll records for accuracy.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified tour guide candidates.
• Plan and participate in recruitment events and campus outreach sessions.
• Assist in BEAR management for Baylor home football games as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of admissions processes to guide prospective students and families.
