Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and one year of relevant experience required.
• Master's degree and two years of relevant experience preferred.
• A valid US Driver License with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all student employment processes for campus tour guides, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and separation.
• Serve as primary liaison with Student Employment Office and campus partners on procedures and compliance.
• Process and track employment documentation; ensure timely onboarding.
• Maintain student employee records and payroll; monitor compliance with regulations.
• Develop recruitment strategies and lead marketing to attract tour guide candidates.
