Job summary

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and 1 year of related experience, with travel outside Texas and a valid US driver’s license. This role supports admissions operations and campus recruitment events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and one year of relevant experience are required.
• Two years of relevant experience is preferred.
• A valid US Driver License with a clear driving record of at least two years is required.
• Must be able to travel outside of the state of Texas.
• Applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day logistics and operational readiness of guest-facing spaces within the Welcome Center.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance of student tour guides.
• Monitor shuttle carts and coordinate repairs to support tour operations.
• Maintain presentation standards and deliver a high-quality visitor experience.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and certification for new tour guides.
• Coordinate training milestones and ensure guides progress through certification requirements.
• Serve as a primary contact for new tour guides and provide ongoing guidance and support.
• Oversee ongoing training for all student guides throughout the year.
• Audit inventory tracking for Campus Visits storage and materials.
