Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires effective public speaking or presentations in academic, volunteer, or professional settings.
• Strong communication skills demonstrated in applications materials.
• Proven project management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM systems, slate or similar, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute on-campus and off-campus events with timelines and logistics.
• Create event communications, registration forms, and track registrations in admissions CRM.
• Assist with agendas, presentations, and post-event evaluation for continuous improvement.
• Support high-touch recruitment visits and hosting prospective students and families.
• Represent admissions at on-call visits and staff recruitment events as needed.
