Qualifications

• Education or experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent leadership roles.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities across active projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead owner-side field execution and contractor oversight on campus utility projects.
• Coordinate outages, safety, sequencing, and turnover.
• Drive project delivery within budget and schedule across thermal, electrical, water, and civil systems.
