Inertia Tours Spring Break is seeking a dynamic Collegiate Road Show Representative to travel nationwide to 26 college campuses, recruiting travelers for Spring Break 2027 programs. You will engage student leaders, build networks, and promote our offerings across campuses.

This role is paid with a $2,500 monthly base plus commissions, a $5,000 bonus at 500 travelers, daily stipends, and travel benefits. Expect a fast-paced, independent work style on the road.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for recruiting travelers.
• Ability to travel extensively to multiple campuses.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to build relationships quickly in social settings.
• Experience with social media platforms for promotional activities.

Responsibilities

• Travel to 26 priority college campuses.
• Build relationships with student leaders and campus networks.
• Introduce Inertia Tours Spring Break 2027 programs to students.
• Recruit individual travelers and student groups.
• Develop relationships with fraternity, sorority, and campus org leaders.
• Identify high-potential campus representatives.
• Attend and coordinate promotional events.
• Use TikTok and other social platforms to generate leads and awareness.
• Track contacts, leads, groups and bookings.
