Job summary

Living Resources Career Opportunties seeks a Regional Outreach Recruiter to engage students, families, and educators while traveling across Long Island, NYC, NJ, CT, and parts of MA to promote The College Experience and CareerNext programs.

You will present program offerings, build relationships with schools and partners, and support admissions with lead generation and event logistics.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Public speaking and presentation abilities.
• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region.
• Must reside within one of the travel regions.
• Experience in student outreach or admissions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent The College Experience and CareerNext at recruitment events across Long Island, NYC, NJ, CT, and parts of MA.
• Engage with students, parents/guardians, educators, and community partners to share program benefits and opportunities.
• Deliver in-person presentations introducing program offerings and outcomes to prospects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with school counselors, advisors, and community organizations.
• Maintain records of outreach activities, leads, and event follow-ups for Admissions Counselors.
• Collaborate with Admissions to optimize outreach strategies and ensure message alignment with branding.
• Prepare materials and coordinate logistics for events, including travel plans and promotional items.
• Assist in evaluating event effectiveness and provide feedback for future outreach.
