Hope and Healing Survivor Resource Center (H&H) seeks a Campus Sexual Assault & Domestic Violence Advocate to provide trauma-informed advocacy and support to survivors in Akron. The role involves crisis intervention, safety planning, and referrals across hospitals, campuses, and community organizations.

The successful candidate will manage a client caseload, document interactions, and collaborate with allied professionals while adhering to agency policies and training requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant field or proven advocacy experience.
• Valid Ohio driver's license and ability to meet driving insurability.
• Criminal background check per state/federal requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide crisis intervention and trauma-informed support to survivors.
• Manage an individual caseload and develop goal plans with clients.
• Document client interactions and maintain confidential records.
• Collaborate with hospitals, law enforcement, courts, and community partners.
• Complete required training and stay compliant with policies.
