Job summary

WeDriveU is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily transport operations at Duke University. You will coordinate drivers, dispatch, and staff to keep service running smoothly on a year-round schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

The role reports to the General Manager and emphasizes cross-functional communication, problem-solving, and KPI monitoring to ensure safety, reliability, and high-quality passenger service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in Operations Supervision.
• Commercial driver's license in NC with passenger endorsement.
• Knowledge of fleet operations and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functional with dispatch to resolve on-the-ground issues.
• Liaise between management, dispatch, and drivers.
• Support operations in problem solving.
• Supervise activities and performance for on-site CDL driver operators.
• Help drivers locate and troubleshoot vehicles.
• Monitor driver performance KPIs and report findings.
• Coordinate vehicle movements and maintenance needs.
• Provide training to drivers as needed.
