WeDriveU is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily transport operations at Duke University. You will coordinate drivers, dispatch, and staff to keep service running smoothly on a year-round schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
The role reports to the General Manager and emphasizes cross-functional communication, problem-solving, and KPI monitoring to ensure safety, reliability, and high-quality passenger service.

TheOperations Supervisor will report to the General Manager and is responsible foractively facilitate communications betweenWeDriveUdrivers and staff, the riders, vendors and client staffto ensure the service is running at top notch.
This is full time position Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
This position will be supporting our operations at Duke Univeristy, but will follow a year round work calendar.
