Job summary

The Indiana University of Pennsylvania seeks a Title IX Coordinator to lead compliance with civil rights laws and university policies. The role oversees investigations, conducts training, and coordinates with Public Safety and other campus partners to prevent discrimination and harassment.

You will maintain regulatory expertise, interpret complex regulations, and ensure Clery Act disclosures, PASSHE obligations, and OCR directives are followed across the institution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Three years of Title IX administration or civil rights compliance experience.
• Experience interpreting policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
• Experience managing sensitive and confidential matters.
• Master's degree or JD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regulatory expertise and stay current on civil rights standards.
• Oversee reports, investigations, and resolution processes for complaints.
• Monitor adherence to Title IX, VAWA, Title VI, the ADA, and OCR directives.
• Align campus practices with PASSHE and university anti-discrimination policies.
• Collaborate with IUP Public Safety on Jeanne Clery Act compliance.
• Deliver prevention programming on violence, discrimination, and accessibility.
• Coordinate educational campaigns and accessibility initiatives.
