Indiana Tech in Fort Wayne seeks a Director for Student Conduct and Title IX Deputy Coordinator to lead the university’s efforts in fostering a safe, inclusive campus environment. The role supports Title IX compliance and oversees the conduct process, advising SVP Student Affairs with regular updates.

This position coordinates education, prevention, and response efforts for the campus, manages the conduct caseload, and collaborates with Residence Life, Athletics, Academic Affairs, and other

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Excellent organizational, time management and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage conflicts and high-stress situations involving students and staff.
• Experience with Title IX investigations or coordination is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and enforce the student behavioral code of conduct and policies.
• Serve as the primary conduct officer; manage caseload, investigations and outcomes.
• Lead Maxient Conduct Management software administration for intake processes.
• Coordinate with Residence Life, Athletics and Academic Affairs on investigations.
• Oversee Title IX compliance and coordinate education, prevention and response efforts.
