Job summary

AIM's Houston campus is seeking a Campus Testing Proctor to oversee the administration of tests in a secure, compliant environment. You will verify identity, monitor testing activities, and support admissions-related testing operations with professional customer service.

The role includes reception duties, policy compliance, and coordination with the Director of Compliance and Administration to ensure a smooth testing center experience for students and staff.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-oriented educational environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Verify government IDs and documents.
• Ensure compliance with PSI, FAA and other regulatory policies.
• Perform reception duties and manage check-in/out of testing candidates.
• Monitor testing environments including surveillance and inspections.
• Advise students on testing competencies.
• Handle routine office tasks and communications.
• Assist in training new testing proctors.
• Maintain daily test center operations for safety and security.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
