AIM's Phoenix campus is seeking a Campus Testing Proctor to manage test sessions, verify candidate identities, and ensure a secure testing environment. You will support compliance with PSI and FAA regulations while delivering courteous service to students and staff.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced educational setting.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-oriented educational environment.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with a focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Verify government IDs and other legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with PSI, FAA, and related policies.
• Greet and check-in testing candidates.
• Monitor testing environments with surveillance and walkthroughs.
• Advise students on testing competencies.
• Perform general office tasks and responsible email/phone communications.
• Assist in training new testing proctors.
• Support daily test center operations for safety and security.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by leadership.
