Responsibilities

• Provide strong customer service and student advocacy, with a positive, approachable demeanor.
• Engage in inclusive behaviors supporting a welcoming environment.
• Investigate root causes and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Administer and proctor tests (paper/pencil, computerized, placement, and non-Sinclair tests).
• Communicate with faculty and staff to coordinate testing, handling calls, in person, online and email.
• Maintain adherence to FERPA and database standards; enter/retrieve student data.
• Maintain records for follow-up and usage statistics.
