Job summary

A Recruiter II for Aston Carter's University Talent Acquisition science recruiting team will attract and hire future scientists from student talent. You will independently build trust with stakeholders, plan against targets, and manage candidates within tight timelines, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with business and recruiting teams to source, assess, and hire students for niche roles, and drive process improvements through standard operating procedures and bi-weekly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and experience in passive candidate recruiting.
• Experience filling niche scientific roles.
• Technical sourcing expertise and ATS proficiency.
• Strong communication skills across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and recruiting teams to understand student hiring needs.
• Build strategies to attract, source, assess, and hire students for niche roles.
• Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling.
• Manage candidate and campus information and analyze results.
• Develop recruitment strategies and implement new processes.
• Collaborate with other recruiters to build early career talent strategy.
• Manage expectations with bi-weekly business reviews and metrics.
• Participate in special projects or recruiting initiatives.
