Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience or willingness to learn COCC’s streaming and technology platforms.
• Familiarity with basic office software and devices is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to students, faculty, staff, and community members.
• Assist with front-line inquiries and basic COCC-related tech questions.
• Set up and operate Zoom streaming for classes and distribute materials.
• Maintain classroom technology and computer lab equipment, report issues promptly.
• Perform general clerical duties and provide office support as needed.
• Assist with campus events and weekend programming.
