Job summary

ISG is seeking a Talent Engagement Specialist – Career Development in Rogers, AR to build partnerships with colleges and universities and enhance our internship program. You will recruit, engage, and guide students and interns, turning interns into future ISG employees.

You will collaborate with schools, hiring teams, and ISG leaders to create an engaging internship experience and communicate ISG's culture and opportunities effectively across campuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent development, human resources, program management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Proactive, ownership-minded and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain partnerships with universities, faculty, and student organizations to strengthen ISG's early-career talent pipeline.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract, engage, and hire internship and entry-level talent.
• Represent ISG at career fairs, networking events, information sessions, and other recruiting activities.
• Manage candidate outreach, screening, interviews, communications, and hiring coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers and teams to provide meaningful experiences that support career growth and transitions into the workforce.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Events to develop recruiting materials and employer branding initiatives.
