ISG is seeking a Talent Engagement Specialist – Career Development to build trust with schools, partner with colleges, and guide interns from onboarding to future career paths. You will ensure internship experiences reflect what is promised during recruitment and help interns feel connected and supported.

You will travel to ISG offices, collaborate with campuses and internal teams, and help create programs that turn interns into future employee-owners, leveraging a diverse team across

• Experience in recruiting, talent development, or program management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain partnerships with universities and student organizations to strengthen ISG's early-career talent pipeline.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract internship and entry-level talent.
• Represent ISG at career fairs, networking events, and information sessions.
• Manage candidate outreach, screening, interviews, communications, and hiring coordination.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and leaders to provide experiences that support career growth and transitions.
• Work with Marketing and Events to develop recruiting materials and employer branding.
