Job summary

ISG is seeking a Talent Engagement Specialist – Career Development to build relationships with colleges, universities, and student groups, promoting internships and early-career opportunities across ISG. This role focuses on creating meaningful experiences that attract and develop emerging professionals and turn interns into future employee-owners.

You will partner with hiring teams, travel to ISG offices to share culture, and design engaging internship programs that showcase ISG's opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent development, human resources, program management, or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, faculty, and student organizations to strengthen ISG's early-career talent pipeline.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract, engage, and hire internship and entry-level talent.
• Represent ISG at career fairs, networking events, information sessions, and other recruiting activities.
• Manage candidate outreach, screening, interviews, communications, and hiring coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers, department leaders, and the Performance Strategy team to provide meaningful experiences that support career growth and successful transitions into the workforce.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Events teams to develop recruiting materials, internship resources, communications, and employer branding initiatives that showcase ISG's culture and opportunities.
