ISG is seeking a Talent Engagement Specialist – Career Development to build relationships with colleges and student organizations, and to shape internship experiences that lead to future employees. You will partner with hiring teams, drive recruiting strategies, and travel to ISG offices to translate culture to students.

Based in Columbus, OH with preferred offices in Columbus, Rogers, or Raleigh, the role offers a competitive 60k-80k salary plus comprehensive ISG Employee Owner Benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent development, human resources, program management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, faculty, and student organizations to strengthen ISG's early-career talent pipeline
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract, engage, and hire internship and entry-level talent
• Represent ISG at career fairs, networking events, information sessions, and other recruiting activities
• Manage candidate outreach, screening, interviews, communications, and hiring coordination
• Partner with hiring managers, department leaders, and the Performance Strategy team to provide meaningful experiences that support career growth and successful transitions into the workforce
• Collaborate with Marketing and Events teams to develop recruiting materials, internship resources, communications, and employer branding initiatives that showcase ISG's culture and opportunities
