Job summary

ISG is seeking a Talent Engagement Specialist – Career Development to build strong partnerships with colleges and universities in Raleigh, NC. You’ll design meaningful internship experiences that connect interns with ISG’s opportunities and culture.

You will travel to ISG offices, collaborate with hiring teams and leaders, and help craft recruiting strategies and resources that showcase ISG as a great place to start and grow careers.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent development, human resources, program management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to build trust, engage effectively with diverse audiences, and represent ISG.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, faculty, and student organizations to strengthen ISG's early-career talent pipeline.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract, engage, and hire internship and entry-level talent.
• Represent ISG at career fairs, networking events, information sessions, and other recruiting activities.
• Manage candidate outreach, screening, interviews, communications, and hiring coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers, department leaders, and the Performance Strategy team to provide meaningful experiences that support career growth and successful transitions into the workforce.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Events teams to develop recruiting materials, internship resources, communications, and employer branding initiatives that showcase ISG's culture and opportunities
