National Life Group in Montpelier, VT is seeking a proactive University Recruiter to attract and hire early-career talent from universities and colleges. This 3-month, on-site hybrid role focuses on campus partnerships, internship programs, and a positive candidate experience.

You will partner with hiring managers, manage full-cycle recruitment for internships, and promote diversity and inclusion while traveling to campus events and fairs as needed.

Formación

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field or equivalent related experience.
• 2+ years of university/early-career recruiting experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to campuses and events as needed.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
• Familiarity with Handshake, Symplicity and RippleMatch platforms.
• Knowledge of DEI best practices and early talent pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Develop campus recruitment strategies to attract high-potential students.
• Build partnerships with career services, faculty, and student organizations.
• Plan campus events: fairs, info sessions, workshops, on-campus interviews.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for internships and early-career roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to craft compelling postings and materials.
• Track recruiting metrics to inform strategy and improvements.
• Represent National Life Group branding in university activities.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment.
• Support design and administration of internship/new graduate programs.
