Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in education, business, or related field.
• One year of administrative, customer service, or student support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Must have customer service experience.
• Experience with conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Assist with communication management via email and voicemail.
• Promote and execute activities to enhance student growth.
• Support commencements, orientation, and university events.
