Job summary

National University invites applications for a Campus Support Specialist who provides on-site support for students and prospective students. You will handle inquiries on advising, financial aid, student accounts, and university services, acting as first-level support.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least three years in customer service, preferably in higher education, with strong communication, teamwork, and comfortable use of databases and office software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required or preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in customer service or related field.
• Experience in higher education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tasks and responsibilities as directed by leadership.
• Handle calls, in-person walk-ins, and emails from prospective students.
• Assist with student queries related to advising and university services.
• Input and organize information in databases.
• Plan and coordinate events with the Associate Center Director.
• Answer inquiries about applications and enrollment.
• Maintain records and documentation as required.
• Suggest process improvements based on feedback.
• Provide direct student support and case management as needed.
• Support campus operations and administrative tasks as directed.
