Job summary

Latham & Watkins in New York City is seeking an Associate Recruiting Coordinator to support entry-level attorney recruitment, including the summer program and campus outreach, while serving as a liaison to law schools. The role is located in our New York office with a hybrid/in-office schedule option.

You will coordinate candidate interviews and correspondence, perform GPA calculations, and maintain candidate records, while developing relationships with law schools and vendors to execute

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Two years of experience in legal recruitment or professional services

Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate interviews and correspondence
• Calculate GPAs and maintain candidate records
• Build relationships with target law schools and career services
• Plan logistics for the summer program and entry-level hiring
• Develop and monitor budgets for outreach and recruiting efforts
• Provide admin support to Recruiting Committee and manage reports and presentations
• Protect sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
