Job summary

The Talent Recruiting Manager will lead, develop, and execute the US entry-level associate recruiting strategy for the firm, applying advanced legal recruiting expertise and market insight to attract top talent across US offices. The role oversees fall campus and summer associate programs and partners with leadership to anticipate hiring needs and align recruiting efforts with growth plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
• 7+ years of law firm administration or legal recruiting experience, with demonstrated ability to manage complex programs.
• Systems: Vi, Microsoft Suite, Outlook, WorkDay.

Responsibilities

• Oversee US fall campus recruiting and summer associate programs.
• Partner with hiring partners and leadership to anticipate hiring needs and align strategy.
• Promote the firm’s brand and visibility with law schools and candidate communities.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for students, summers, and associates; handle interviews, evaluations, and communications.
• Mentor recruiting staff and contribute to team development.
