Job summary

King & Spalding is seeking a recruiting Manager to lead campus and summer associate programs in New York, aligning with firm-wide talent strategies. You will work closely with lawyers, senior staff, and stakeholders to shape the pipeline and ensure a world-class candidate experience.

You will manage interview processes, offer cycles, budgets, and strategic relationships with law schools while mentoring recruiting professionals and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience in a law firm or professional services firm.
• Undergraduate degree required; JD preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with candidates, lawyers, staff, and external contacts.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, including data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of the summer associate program with a strategic calendar of events.
• Develop campus recruiting strategies for the New York market and manage interview processes.
• Oversee offer administration, candidate communications, and onboarding logistics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align hiring needs with market intelligence and historical results.
• Manage Recruiting budgets and contribute to firm-wide recruiting initiatives.
