Job summary

US Colleges is seeking a Student Services Coordinator to manage the day-to-day student experience from enrollment to program completion. You will oversee the Welcome Center, onboarding, campus events, and cross-functional support with Education, Externship Services, and campus leadership.

Responsibilities include handling admissions touchpoints, exam coordination, licensure workshops, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards while delivering exceptional student service.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in student services, administration, or customer service.
• Above-average user skills in Microsoft Office and social media.
• Experience with event coordination and/or student support preferred.
• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and spoken.
• Strong problem resolution and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Welcome Center and front desk; first contact for students, visitors, and staff.
• Maintain organized systems for communication, scheduling, and campus coordination.
• Create and post campus social media updates.
• Coordinate and proctor national certification exams weekly and monthly.
• Support student licensure requirements with weekly information workshops.
• Plan and conduct new student orientation and onboarding documentation.
• Organize campus events and maintain an annual events calendar.
• Coordinate access to tutoring, open labs, and learning resources.
• Handle inventory for uniforms, books, and classroom supplies.
• Provide general student payments guidance and assist with cash collection.
