Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in student services, administration, or customer service.
• Above-average skills in Microsoft Office and social media.
• Experience with event coordination and/or student support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Welcome Center/front desk operations and be the first point of contact for students, visitors, and staff.
• Create and post social media updates for the campus.
• Manage and proctor national certification exams weekly.
• Support student licensure requirements and host weekly information workshops.
• Plan and conduct new student orientation and ensure onboarding documentation is complete.
• Plan and execute campus events (graduation, recognition, etc.) and maintain an annual events calendar.
• Coordinate access to tutoring, open labs, and learning resources.
• Manage inventory of uniforms, books, and classroom supplies.
• Provide basic payment reminders and assist with cash collection.
• Offer general guidance and refer students to relevant resources.
