Job summary

California State University San Marcos is seeking an Enrollment Experience Coordinator to coordinate programs, services, and initiatives that provide a seamless, student-centered enrollment experience.

Reporting to the University Registrar and collaborating with Enrollment Management, Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, and campus partners, the role leads enrollment initiatives, supports diverse student populations, and helps reduce barriers to registration and student success.

Qualifications

• Enrollment Experience Coordinator responsibilities include coordinating enrollment programs and services to provide a seamless student-centered enrollment experience.
• Collaborate with Enrollment Management, Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, and campus partners to implement enrollment processes and initiatives.
• Support specialized student populations to ensure appropriate enrollment guidance and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead enrollment initiatives such as pre-enrollment programs, enrollment communications, and registration support.
• Provide lead work direction to support staff and student assistants; coordinate training and analyze enrollment trends.
• Assist with enrollment-related projects and ensure compliance with university policies and procedures.
