Job summary

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Student Support Specialist for our Niles, OH campus. This campus-based role supports hybrid students through retention, financial aid, and career services while upholding compliance standards.

• Associate degree or higher required; relevant work in education preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills essential.
• Ability to work evenings at least two times per week.

Responsibilities

• Student Retention: engage absent or at-risk students and create support plans.
• Financial Aid Support: assist with FA processing, document collection, and Title IV questions.
• Career Services Support: coordinate with Career Services for externships and graduation materials.
• Other Student and Campus Support: perform additional duties as assigned.
• Expected Campus Outcomes: achieve retention targets and maintain document standards.
