Qualifications

• Associates Degree from an accredited institution is required.
• 2+ years' work experience in banking, office admin, or customer service.
• Ability to work at least two evenings per week.
• Campus-based, not remote.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead student retention activities for Ross College Online as part of a consortium.
• Assist with financial aid processing and document collection at campus.
• Support career services and externship preparation for students.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure compliance and high-quality documentation.
• Plan graduation events and manage on-ground campus support duties.
