Job summary

Barnes & Noble College's Campus stores deliver welcoming retail experiences for students, faculty, and alumni. The Temporary Campus Store Team Member supports daily operations, greets customers, locates materials, and helps maintain an organized, inviting sales floor during peak periods.

You will operate the POS system, assist with inventory and order fulfillment, and work with teammates to meet busy schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and able to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Assist customers in locating materials and merchandise.
• Operate the POS system to process transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked sales floor.
