Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math, keyboarding, and data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work in a team.
• Flexible schedule for the temporary assignment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Assist customers in locating course materials, apparel, gifts, and supplies.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale system to process transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked sales floor.
• Support inventory, receiving merchandise, order fulfillment, and other operational tasks.
• Learn product knowledge to confidently assist customers.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily priorities in a fast-paced setting.
