BibliU is seeking a Customer Service Manager for the campus store in Henderson, NV. This full-time role supervises cash register operations, inventory maintenance, and merchandising to ensure an excellent customer experience.

You will lead a small team and collaborate with leadership to deliver friendly service, accurate pricing, and organized displays in a fast-paced campus store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or cashier roles.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to handle cash and keep accurate records.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers in-store and over the phone with a positive attitude.
• Operate the cash register accurately in line with store policies.
• Maintain clean, organized displays and well-presented shelves.
• Check in, price and display supplies and general merchandise.
• Participate in inventory counts and track stock levels.
• Record price changes and promotions accurately.
• Notify staff about out-of-stock or defective items.
• Follow up on special orders and communicate any issues or arrivals to customers.
• Report marketing trends and customer feedback to supervisor.
• Complete any additional duties as assigned.
