Responsibilities include leading promotions and events, reviewing financials with regional leadership, and ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
• 3-5 years of retail management or strong customer service experience.
• General Computer Skills.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Vital customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Advanced relationship building, a demonstrated ability to influence a team, and customer outreach.
• Travel: minimal - less than 10%.

Responsibilities

• Execute operating plans and daily operations for both traditional and rush periods.
• Lead in-store course materials activities and promotions.
• Review store financials with Regional Manager to drive sales.
• Ensure security of assets and safety of associates and customers.
• Coordinate campus relationships and events.
• Develop cross-functional teams and manage performance.
• Deliver engaging customer service focused on solutions-based selling.
• Oversee a café or convenience store and ensure health and safety regulations.
