BARNES & NOBLE COLLEGE Store Manager opportunities lead our campus store as a hub of learning, community and retail excellence. You’ll direct daily operations, drive sales, manage budgets, recruit and coach a diverse team, and build strong campus partnerships to elevate the student experience.

You’ll champion merchandising, inventory controls, customer service, and operational standards while representing the campus to faculty, administrators and corporate partners.

Qualificações

• Leadership experience managing diverse teams.
• Retail operations with merchandising and inventory experience.
• Budgeting and controllable expenses management.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily store operations with a customer-first culture.
• Drive sales, manage finances and controllable expenses.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, schedule and develop store team members.
• Represent Barnes & Noble College on campus with stakeholders.
• Lead merchandising, inventory, visual presentation and execution of initiatives.
• Analyze sales and trends to forecast needs and achieve results.
• Champion standards, safety, and loss prevention, ensuring policy compliance.
• Foster an environment of operational excellence and customer focus.
