Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations with an on-floor presence and a customer-first culture.
• Own overall store performance including sales, expenses, and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop store team members.
• Represent Barnes & Noble College on campus and build strong campus relationships.
• Lead merchandising, inventory control, and visual presentation to ensure product availability.
• Analyze sales and operational metrics to forecast needs and drive results.
• Champion company initiatives, standards, and safety and loss prevention practices.
