Follett Corporation is seeking a Campus Store Leader to oversee operations, drive sales growth, and ensure an engaging customer experience across campus locations. You will mentor staff, manage financials, and uphold Follett values and standards while supporting leadership in achieving store goals.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with 0-5 years of experience and an Associate’s degree.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• 0-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through executing promotions and events.
• Review store financials with leadership to recalibrate goals.
• Operate cash registers and store systems following cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain inventory control and neat store appearance.
• Ensure security of assets and adherence to policies.
• Lead onboarding and schedule team members within budget.
• Greet customers, answer phones, provide information, and resolve issues.
• Support campus relationships and coordinate store activities and events.
