Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent.
• 0-5 years of relevant experience.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.

• Advanced relationship-building and influence.
• Willing to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Drive store plans and sales initiatives during peak periods.
• Supervise and coach FT/PT and seasonal team members.
• Greet customers, resolve escalated issues, and maintain service quality.
• Coordinate with campus to execute events and manage communications.
• Maintain store standards and safe cash handling procedures.
