Qualifications

• Academic retail experience is a plus.

• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Travel: minimal - less than 10%.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by executing store plans and promotions.
• Review store financials and recalibrate goals with leadership.
• Operate cash registers and store systems with safe cash handling.
• Maintain inventory control and visual merchandising standards.
• Train and coach team members; schedule shifts.
• Create an engaging customer service culture and resolve escalations.
• Communicate store activities with campus and provide coverage.
