Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience with leadership or buying experience preferred, or completion of BN College Aspiring Leader Program.
• Demonstrated leadership in recruiting, coaching, developing, and motivating team members.
• Experience with retail operations including merchandising, inventory management, and sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily department operations with a customer-first focus and coaching of team members.
• Drive department performance by executing strategies, managing inventory, and improving results.
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and develop department staff while fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Partner with store leadership to support overall operations and execute company initiatives.
