Job summary

Mosaic North America is hiring a Starlink Campus Sales Representative to own an assigned field territory. This part-time role (15–25 hours per week, evenings/weekends) pays hourly base plus $200 for each qualified activation and offers paid training.

You will engage households, explain Starlink internet, plan routes, track activities, and build resume-worthy field sales experience. A background check is required.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an eligible college/university or program.
• Available 15–25 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.
• Coachable, self-motivated, comfortable meeting new people, and resilient to rejection.
• Work independently, manage your schedule, and stay connected with the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned territory and plan routes to reach sales goals.
• Engage prospective customers through direct door-to-door selling and events.
• Explain Starlink offerings and determine suitability for customers.
• Help customers place orders using referral codes; no payments collected by the rep.
• Record hours, mileage, and activities in the field app and participate in manager check-ins.
